What is the Kids eXchange?

Kids Exchange (KX) is the best way to buy and sell gently used children’s and maternity items. The KX Sale is a community event where parents provide for each other’s needs.

KX focuses on 4 major areas:

  1. SELL: Anyone can sell with KX. Sellers make 66-75% of their asking price. We are thrilled to bring this extra source of revenue to parents in our community!  To learn more, visit: /virginiabeach/sell/.
  2. BUY: Parents have access to purchase high quality, gently used items for their children. Volunteers in our “Work Exchange” program shop 1st and earn more when they sell, Sellers shop 2nd, then we open to the Public for two shopping days. The second day of the sale, all items (not otherwise marked) go ½ PRICE! Anyone can shop at the KX Sale. You are not required to be a Seller or Work Exchanger.  To learn more, visit: /virginiabeach/shop/.
  3. SERVE – SHOP 1st & EARN MORE: The KX ‘Work Exchange’ program is set up as a time that parents serve by working at the KX Sale. Work Exchangers are rewarded by early shopping! Sign up for a (4) hour shift and shop early. Sign up for at least two shifts equaling 8 or more hours and shop FIRST! Work Exchangers DO NOT have to be Sellers. As a Seller and Work Exchanger, you will earn 70-75% of your Sales and SHOP early or 1st. Anyone is welcome! To learn more, visit: /virginiabeach/work-exchange/.
  4. GIVE BACK: The KX is honored to work with Sellers in giving back to those in need in our community. Sellers have the option to pick up unsold items or donate to a local charity. KX Sales around the nation have given millions of dollars to families both locally and around the world. We are humbled by this opportunity to serve others and invite you to join us.
