*SELLERS: For our Sellers, the building will be open on Monday, January 26, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for pickup of unsold items (extended from 1pm to 2pm). We must be out of the Fairgrounds building because it is rented to someone else and a further extension is not possible. Please note that items will not be sorted by consignor number, as our sorting volunteers and staff are unable to safely travel to the building on Sunday night to complete this process. We have separated white and colored tags to made finding your items easier with more than 1/2 of the left over items removed. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we prioritize everyone’s safety.

Please note: a rental extension is not an option as the Fairgrounds has another event coming in and the building is not available to rent into the following week.

Receiving Times to Drop Off Items: 

Monday 1/19: 5pm – 7pm  (NO CLOTHES OR SHOES ON MONDAY)

Tuesday 1/20  10am – 8pm *NOTE: registration for the Sale’s POS system cuts off at 10am on Tuesday so that we can prepare for the Sale.  Any registering, unregistering, volunteer sign-up and printing tags turns off at this time as well.  Please plan accordingly. 

Wednesday 1/21:   9am – 11am

*Doors close promptly @ closing. Please allow time to put your items out and exit by closing.

*All Sellers must register online before bringing items for sale.  Registration is cut off on Tuesday at 10am to prepare for the Sale.  You may print tags after this time, but all Sellers must be registered online to participate prior to Tuesday @ 10am.  Thank you.
